Acceptance of Terms
This Web site ("Site") is owned and operated by Entrepreneurs Insight, Inc., and makes available for your use on the Site information, documents, software (The Materials) and various Services (Services) subject to the terms and conditions listed below. By accessing and using this Site, you ("User") unconditionally agree to be bound by all the terms, conditions and notices contained in this Conditions of Use Agreement ("Agreement"). Your use of the Site will be subject to the most current version of the Terms of Use posted on this site at the time of such use. In addition, when using particular Services or Materials on this Site, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such Services or Materials that may contain terms and conditions in addition to those in the Terms of Use. If User does not agree to all the terms, conditions, and notices contained in this agreement, User should not, and is not permitted to, use this Site.

Use by children under 13 years old
Entrepreneurs Insight, Inc. d/b/a ProfitabilityChannel.com cannot prohibit minors from visiting our Web site. We must rely on the supervision of the responsible parents, guardians, and those responsible for supervising children under 13 to decide which materials are appropriate for children to view and/or purchase.

We require that all purchases be made either: (i) by individuals 13 years of age or older; or (ii) by minors under 13 whose parents or those guardians will pay for the minor's purchases, give verifiable permission for those purchases, and give verifiable permission to us for the collection of certain information in accordance with our privacy policy terms. Every time you purchase a product or service from our Web site, you are representing to us that you meet these criteria.

Entrepreneurs Insight, Inc. will not be liable to the User except to the extent that such liability is expressly stated in this agreement. The Site content may include some inaccuracies, outdated information, defects, omissions, typographical and/or other errors. Entrepreneurs Insight, Inc. does not warrant or make any representation regarding the use or results of the use of the Site content in terms of its correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise. The User (and not Entrepreneurs Insight, Inc.) assumes the entire risk and cost of all necessary servicing, repair, replacement and/or correction of any of the User's computer hardware, software and/or any property whatsoever, whether or not Entrepreneurs Insight, Inc. is at fault or not. User shall be responsible for obtaining and maintaining all telephone, computer hardware, computer software and other equipment needed for access to and use of Entrepreneurs Insight, Inc. and all charges related thereto.

Entrepreneurs Insight, Inc. does not warrant or guarantee that the service provided pursuant to this agreement will produce any particular result or any solution to the User's particular needs. Entrepreneurs Insight, Inc. provides business services as set forth in the agreement and does so without any warranty, express or implied. Accordingly, User acknowledges and agrees that Entrepreneurs Insight, Inc. is not responsible for any aspects of the User's work or the User's projects, including, without limitation, any deadlines or work product. That in performance of this agreement neither Entrepreneurs Insight, Inc. nor the user are joint ventures, officers, agents, servants or employees of each other. Entrepreneurs Insight, Inc. shall not be liable (i) for any claims, costs, expenses, damages, obligations or losses arising from or in connection with the acts or omission of any User or its employee, including but not limited to, work on engineering or design concepts or calculations or related drawings, manufacturing, installation or servicing of any product, service, or equipment, or (ii) for any indirect, special, or consequential damages (including but not limited to, loss of profits, interest, earnings or use) whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise. User shall indemnify Entrepreneurs Insight, Inc. and hold it harmless against and from any claims of any kind made or brought by third parties, including any and all costs incurred in connection with such claims.

Entrepreneurs Insight, Inc. does not represent or warrant that any site content will operate continuously or will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that defects will be corrected, or that any Entrepreneurs Insight, Inc. Web Sites or the servers that make them available are free of viruses or other harmful components. Entrepreneurs Insight, Inc. makes no representations or warranties with respect to any third party products or services of any kind and the user assumes all risks therewith.

If Entrepreneurs Insight, Inc. provides links to other Web Sites, the user agrees that with respect to such Web Sites Entrepreneurs Insight, Inc. makes no representations or warranty regarding same, nor will Entrepreneurs Insight, Inc. be responsible to the User or anyone else for any product, Service or other Material that may be sold, licensed, distributed or promoted on such Web Sites or in any manner for any content on such Web Sites.

User forums
Entrepreneurs Insight, Inc. may, but is not obligated to, monitor or review 1.) Any areas on the Site where Users transmit or post communications or communicate solely with each other, including but not limited to bulletin boards, interactive postings, or other user forums, and 2.) the content of such communications.

You are prohibited from posting or transmitting to or from this Site any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or other material that would violate any law, including without limitation, laws against copyright infringement. Any violation this paragraph may result in immediate suspension and/or termination of user privileges on the site in Entrepreneurs Insight, Inc.'s sole discretion.

This Site and its features in whole and in part are offered and made available to the User, and your use in whole or in part is subject to your acceptance, agreement to and compliance with the terms of use without qualification, limitation or modification.

Prior to setting up a hyperlink to this Site, User is required to contact Entrepreneurs Insight, inc. at info@ontheribbon.com for permission. Entrepreneurs Insight, Inc.'s trademark and or design or logo may not be utilized in the icon establishing the link without Entrepreneurs Insight, Inc.'s written prior consent. User may not incorporate in either any fashion (in whole or in part), through framing or any other method, any Site content into any other Web site in any manner whatsoever.

Entrepreneurs Insight, Inc. reserves the right to change this agreement in part or in its entirety by revising the terms and conditions thereof. User is responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions. Continued use of this Site following any such changes shall constitute User's acceptance of such changes. If any provision in this Agreement is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will nevertheless continue in full force without being impaired or invalidated in any way.

Membership and Billing

? Billing
As a member of Entrepreneurs Insight, Inc. d/b/a/ ProfitabilityChannel.com you agree that we are permitted to charge or debit, as applicable, your Payment Method a monthly or yearly subscription fee, any applicable tax and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of Entrepreneurs Insight, Inc. d/b/a ProfitabilityChannel.com. As used in these Terms of Use, "billing" shall indicate either a charge or debit, as applicable, against your Payment Method. The membership fee will be billed at the beginning of your membership and on each monthly renewal thereafter unless and until you cancel. We will automatically bill your Payment Method each month on the calendar day corresponding to the commencement of your membership. In the event your membership began on a day not contained in a given month, we will bill your Payment Method on the last day of such month. For example, if you became a member on January 31st, your Payment Method would be billed on February 28th. All fees and charges are nonrefundable. We may change the fees and charges in effect, or add new fees and charges from time to time, but we will give you advance notice of these changes by email. We will send notices to the email address that we have on record. It is your responsibility to ensure that we have your correct email address. If you want to use a different email address or Payment Method or if there is a change in your credit card validity or expiration date, you may contact Entrepreneurs Insight, Inc. by email at info@ontheribbon.com or call 800-511-6844.

? Automatic Renewals
Your membership will be automatically renewed on a monthly basis. For your convenience, we will bill the monthly membership fee to the Payment Method you provide to us during registration (or to a different Payment Method if you change your account information). Your membership will automatically renew for successive monthly subscriptions, without prior notice to you, unless and until you cancel your membership or we terminate it. You must cancel your membership before it renews in order to avoid billing of subscription fees to your Payment Method.

Cancellation policy
For monthly recurring programs, user can cancel subscription at any time via e-mail to info@ontheribbon.com or by phone at 1-800-511-6844 or 770-729-0258. Provided user notifies Entrepreneurs Insight, Inc. no less than 3 business days prior to the end of the month, users credit card will not be charged for the following month of service.
