Larry Allen is a tax professional with extensive business software training experience. A partner of McClellan, Rowland, Allen & Co., LLC, Larry's primary responsibilities involve tax planning, income tax preparation and business consulting. Larry prefers to work with clients throughout the year to plan for business cycles, cash flow, and tax projections.
Larry has an extensive background in troubleshooting and training on Peachtree Accounting Software, Business Works, MAS 90, FRx, Solomon IV, and AS/400 applications as well as Excel for spreadsheets and status reporting. Prior to joining McClellan, Rowland, Allen & Co., LLC, Larry was a business owner himself of SunBelt Supports Centers Inc. of Norcross, Georgia, and Birmingham, Alabama. While at Sunbelt, Larry implemented accounting systems for client companies, evaluated customer sites and recommended best software solutions for their accounting needs, and established procedures to ensure customers achieved maximum use and information from their accounting software.
Larry is active in the Kiwanis Club of Duluth and Dunwoody Baptist Church.
He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with an Accounting Major and a Master of Taxation from Georgia State University.
He lives in Dunwoody with his wife, Jennifer, and teenage sons, John Ellis and Matthew. In his spare time Larry enjoys swimming and reading.
Pat Coan is the master licensee of ActionCOACH in Georgia. Pat's philosophy is that successful clients, business owners that are mentored by ActionCOACH coaches – create raving fans. Pat brings vast senior management experience in Procter and Gamble (P&G). At P&G he specialized in purchasing, logistics, manufacturing, and customer service. He started up and re-engineered organizations in different locations across the US and the world. He was responsible for Strategic Planning, Supplied Development, IT purchasing, and Global Sourcing. Even though P&G is a Fortune 25 company, he had responsibility for starting and managing small business units under the corporate umbrella.
Pat also spent seven years in the US Air Force as an Air Rescue Helicopter Aircraft Commander. The military assigned him in areas of Strategic War Planning and Supply Chain Management.
He enjoys golf, reading historical fiction, and collecting artifacts from around the world. He is a proud family man – a wonderful father, grandfather and husband.
Alanna is a seasoned Relationship Marketing Consultant with more than twenty years in Sales, Marketing, Management and building relationships that last. As a consultant, Alanna has collaborated with diverse firms in strategizing, planning and implementing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions. She has worked with such industry leading technology providers such as Polycom, Accord Networks, and PBS, as well as other firms in financial services, healthcare and high-technology industries. Alanna has held positions encompassing sales force management business development, corporate communications, and project management.

During Alanna's tenure at Polycom Network Systems, she was Responsible for defining, positioning, pricing and promotion of products along with managing the market adoption and product life cycle of multiple software products. Her Role was both strategic and highly tactical to drive all aspects of a typical core sales/marketing and product management role: understanding customers needs, developing research and models to forecast the business growth and trends, analyzing competitor's strategies and actions, defining the overall go to market strategy.
As Business Development Manager at PBS, Alanna was responsible for client relationship management, lead generation and project management for communication and the organization's merger and transitional activities.
Earlier in her career, Alanna served as a general manager of a three to four million dollar profit center for Applebee's International which proved to be the #1 unit in sales in the region. Alanna utilized her strong leadership and project management skill to facilitate coordination among her staff of five managers and sixty employees. In addition, she is a leader who created and launched a start-up marketing department for an academic extension division. She utilized strong project management skills to manage timelines and worked with numerous vendors with the university. As the marketing coordinator, Alanna was successful in building awareness for the Center for Entrepreneurship and was a key player in winning economic development grants up to half a million dollars.
Alanna co-authored Implications of Gender Bias in Family Business, published in the Family Business Review, and was a conference presenter at 1993 Family Business Educators Conference and at the Inaugural Conference of the National Family Business Program Association. Alanna holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Tulane University and a Master of International Business Administration.

Ruth King is founder and CEO of ProfitabilityChannel.com. In 1981 she started an SBDC branch in Decatur, Georgia.
